Kris Bowen
Broker/Owner
I’m a big believer in the proverb “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Over the past 19 years, I’ve surrounded myself with some of the most talented people in the business. We strive to have a reputation for excellence which is a result of decades of experience, market expertise, cutting-edge marketing strategies, advanced negotiation skills, and above all, attention to detail and genuine care for our clients.
I define success as not in how many “transactions” we’ve closed or by how much money you have in your bank account, but how many people have you impacted. Cash is a by-product of living a life of abundance and serving others. Improving people in my life personally and professionally will lead to a more fulfilling life.
Yes, we’ve won #1 sales teams each year locally and nationally by volume or transactions but that is not what we are about. When you really look at customers as a way to better their lives, the transactions and money will follow. We are obsessed with providing a high level of service to our valued clients.

Real Estate / Autism Friendly Homes / Interior Designer
Supporting my clients through not just the process, but the journey of their real estate wealth building is my mission.
As a real estate expert advisor, it is my goal to educate, consult and create financial goals for my clients. Whether my clients are first-time home buyers, special needs families learning how to invest for the future of their child’s needs, investors or parents who are looking to downsize and support their child’s home buying process, my commitment to my clients is how to build financial wealth through real estate.
A personal hardship led me to pursue my career in real estate and design. Being a co-guardian to my sister, Angie, who lives with Autism has been an eye opener into not just our living situation, but the financial needs that come with caring for a loved one with special needs.
How does a home layout, design and finances play a role into the lifestyle of a family? It has absolutely everything to do with their lifestyle.
With my background in Autism, I have created a specialized process for those who are looking at the next chapter of caring for their adult child with special needs. Partnering with a team of professionals such as guardianship attorneys, financial planners specializing in special needs families, non-profits offering job coaching for independent living, provides my clients a multi-disciplinary approach experience to their real estate needs.
Because of the support of my real estate clients and community, I have been able to giveback by donating sensory rooms towards community centers and schools for individuals with autism as well as train over 250 law enforcement officers on autism within Salt Lake area. It is with gratitude that I get to combine my passion of creating an autism friendly community, my purpose through real estate and design, all because of my clients and community.
As a real estate expert advisor and autism real estate specialist here in Utah, I look forward to creating life long relationships with my clients to continue supporting their real estate needs and lifestyle.

Melissa Ross
Real Estate Expert Advisor / Diversity & Inclusion
After having a 20-year career in corporate America, buying trend fashion & teaching the art of selling, my family made the leap and moved to Utah from Washington State.
We love living in Utah, with its four seasons, mountain landscape & myriad outdoor activities. We chose to live in the Daybreak community of South Jordan, where there are 500+ events a year, concerts in the park, pools, courts, parks & trails. They also boast many clubs, two of which I am involved with; Daybreak’s Diversity and Inclusion and Heart-Attacks. With all the amenities & the community vibe, my son gets to enjoy an idyllic childhood, living just five doors down from his best friend.
In Real Estate, I am able to use my expertise in negotiation and my ability to listen to my client’s needs. This is what sets me apart in finding the best property for their budget and/or getting them top dollar for their home. I get to share with my clients the love I have for Utah & its many quirks.
My family has relocated more than once, we’ve lived in FL, IL, and WA & now we are proud Utahans. We’ve rented, and owned a condo, townhome, single-family & new construction home. I’ve personally lived all of it. Let me professionally guide you to have the very best experience. Buying and selling shouldn’t be stressful. It is likely your single most significant investment and should be a profitable one. Let me take the pressure off of you so you can enjoy your next step, living where you love, on a path to future wealth.
