What GoMarketReady covers

Every Utah home sells faster and for more when it shows like a model home. The program covers professional deep cleaning, minor repairs, interior and exterior painting, carpet cleaning or replacement, landscape refresh, decluttering and packing assistance, professional staging, drone and HDR photography, and 3D Matterport tours.

You pay nothing until closing

Our vetted contractors execute the work on a tight timeline — typically 2-3 weeks from start to listing. We coordinate everything so you do not have to manage multiple vendors.

Who qualifies

The program is available to home sellers listing with the Kris Bowen Real Estate Group at LPT Realty in Utah. Properties anywhere along the Wasatch Front qualify. The home must be free of major structural issues (the program covers cosmetic and minor repair work, not foundation or roof replacement).

What if my home does not sell?

In the rare case a home does not sell during the listing period, you would owe the improvement costs. In 23 years our sale rate has been over 98%, and most GoMarketReady homes sell within 30 days.

Can I pick my own contractors?

Our vetted contractors are part of the program because of their pricing, speed, and quality. If you have a preferred contractor for a specific item, we can discuss that on a case-by-case basis.

How long does prep take?

Most homes are market-ready within 14-21 days. Faster timelines are possible for cosmetic-only work; larger scopes may take 3-4 weeks.

Is this available outside Utah?
