355,550 people in Utah face hunger, and 113,700 of them are children. One in seven kids in Utah will go to bed hungry tonight. We find that unacceptable.
Thanksgiving Heroes is a national nonprofit with a mission to rally thousands of volunteers across U.S. cities to feed families in need for Thanksgiving.
We raise money all year long, and then on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, thousands of volunteers show up and hand-deliver meals to families in need. We get our family nominations from school districts and private nominations.
We would love your help. We’re looking for donations, families to nominate who might need our help, and volunteers to help deliver the food on “The Big Day.”
