Walkable historic downtown. The Main Street corridor has been undergoing revitalization with new restaurants and small commerce.

Alpine School District. Same district quality as Lehi.

Mature trees and established character. Feels less “brand new” than Lehi.

Downtown American Fork traffic. Congested at rush hour through the State Street corridor.

I-15 access can be slow. The I-15 exit can back up at peak times.

Limited large-employer presence in town itself. Most residents commute to Lehi or Provo.

Smaller retail footprint. Than Lehi or Orem. Plan on driving for major shopping.
