People are so busy during this month that you might want to say “what’s the point of even trying?”
Here’s the thing, there is an upside to trying to sell a home in December.

Yes! If you’re trying to sell a home in December, keep this in mind: buyers who are actively seeking homes during this month are very serious, they are already qualified, and they are looking to BUY.
So what do you have to do? You need to work hard and find those people who are actively seeking a new home. It’s up to you to work hard, grind, and make those calls. It’s going to be hard, but if you are able to succeed and push through the tough times, that sale will be so worth it!
